New updates and improvements to Fitera

Coming Soon

Version 2.3

Muscle Recovery Notifications

Get notified when your muscles are recovered and ready to train again. Set a custom recovery threshold to trigger the notification — so you always know when it's time to hit the gym.

Strava Integration

Post your workouts directly to Strava and view them alongside your other activities. Connect your account in Settings to start syncing.

Target RPE Per Set

Set a target RPE for each set to plan your intensity ahead of time. See your target alongside your actual RPE to track how closely you're hitting your goals.

Routines Renamed to Programs

Routines are now called Programs. Same functionality, clearer name — build and organize your training programs your way.
